I was George’s primary instructor at Albeen Community College where he graduated at the top of his class for being an automotive technician and was far and away the best student in the entire program.
George has a very strong grasp of computer diagnostics and an intuitive approach to hunting down electrical problems. In my years of teaching automotive technicians, I have never seen someone so adept at properly diagnosing and repairing the most complex electrical and computer problems that are common in vehicles. George also puts that same level of dedication into simple processes such as oil changes and tire rotations.
George also has a keen sense of the importance of good customer service as he always puts the customer first in every situation. I have personally been on hand when George has taken the time to explain a procedure and eased the fears of several customers. His unique mix of technical knowledge and customer service dedication would make George a valuable asset to any automotive repair organization.
