I just finished chapter 6 of the book entitled A Good Man is Hard to written by Flannery O’Connor.
I have learned a new word it is “ Misfit ”
It means a person whose behavior or attitude sets them apart from others in an uncomfortably conspicuous way.
In Tagalog, this translates to isang tao na ang pag-uugali o saloobin ay nagtatakda sa kanila na naiiba sa iba sa isang hindi komportableng paraan.
I think the moral or lesson of this chapter is;
Those who know they are bad people and those who are bad people yet who persist in believing they are good.
I can apply this lesson in my daily life by;
Since in “A Good Man Is Hard to Find,” the grandmother and Misfit live by moral codes that affect their decisions, actions, and perceptions. I must be reasonable enough with my decisions and actions.
