Ingredients

Garlic minced or crushed

Dried bay leaves (Laurel leaf)

Vinegar

Soy sauce

Peppercorn (Paminta)

Water

Salt

Procedure

First, combine the pork, soy sauce, and garlic then marinate for at least 1 hour

Next, heat the pot and put the marinated pork and cook it for a few minutes

Pour remaining marinade

Add water, whole peppercorn, and dried bay leaves then bring to a boil. Simmer for 40 minutes to 1 hour
