1. They were always bullying me in elementary school. I’m angry, but I can’t express it because I’m afraid it’ll get worse. So I decide to ignore them and shut up. On the other hand, my mind is in bad shape. I’ve noticed that I’ve changed dramatically as if I can’t smile or laugh anymore. I’m also afraid to trust people, to talk to them, to show that I care, and to show my emotions. I was physically and mentally exhausted at the time, and I attempted suicide and tried everything to hurt myself. Since the day I was born, I’ve felt lonely. I relied on Depression and Anxiety to make me feel better. Every day, I tell myself, “YOUR BRAVE, YOUR WOMAN, TOMORROW WILL BE OKAY AND BETTER.” So, ever since that time, I’ve been carrying those feelings with me.
2. We had a misunderstanding, but she exacerbated it by telling her friend that I had hurt her. I believe she is also jealous because I was captain of the volleyball team and I am close to her crush, and I am unaware that her crush has feelings for me, which is the second reason she despises me.
3. I attempted to approach my family, but I’m afraid they will simply ignore me. So no one, I’m not that type of person, and I’m changing now.
4. I’m not sure, because no one else is assisting me in making myself better and happier than I am.
